RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a 30% customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee per item.

  • Shipping Fees are Non Refundable. 
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
  • 1. The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • 2. The item(s) have been altered
    3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 
    4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
    5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
